Overview

Four primitives make up the action-control model: the Kill Switch (stop outbound actions), Action Gates (verify before execution), the Threat Shield (fence and scan untrusted content), and the Audit Trail (log everything, redacted).

Each primitive is designed to fail closed on the action side — the model can fail; the action must not.
